All items will be shipped within 3 business days following receipt of payment. If this time frame should change for any reason you will be notified by email. 

To ensure the safe arrival of your goods, we will provide you with a tracking number once they have been posted.

We happily offer FREE postage within Australia for all orders over $100.

There is a flat rate of $10 for orders under $100.

International shipping rates are based on weight, and will be calculated at checkout.

International orders are shipped via Australia Post and take 5-10 business days.

Once items have been dispatched, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the customer's responsibility to lodge an investigation with the shipping service. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
