Of·The·Sun retails homewares that have been carefully selected to ensure a high quality standard. We work closely with our manufacturers and suppliers to ensure consistency across our brand.

payment terms
When purchasing products from Of·The·Sun, you are agreeing to honour the final price including postage. Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched.

refunds, returns & exchanges
We offer a standard refund, return and exchange policy consistent with Australian Law. Customers may request a refund, return, or exchange items within 7 days of receiving them. All items must be un-used, un-washed, and in original packaging with labels attached. Return postage is to be paid by the customer.

timelines for delivery and any queries                                                                                  All items will be shipped within 3 business days following receipt of payment. If this time frame should change for any reason you will be notified by email. 

faulty items                                                                                                                    Of·The·Sun goods are quality controlled before dispatch. However, if your items are faulty or you find there is major damage to the product prior to use, please get in touch with us ASAP via email and we will assess your claim. If the item is found to be faulty we will offer a refund or replace the item (where stock is available).
