Shipping Information
We ship with Australia Post and DHL Express and offer:

FREE Standard Shipping for Australia-wide orders over $200 (2–8 business days)

$10 Flat Rate Shipping for Australia-wide orders under $200 (2–8 business days)

$15 Express Shipping in Australia (1–4 business days)

$300 Flat Rate International Express Shipping for all international orders with DHL Express
Orders are pick and packed within 3 business days of receiving your order, unless otherwise notified by email.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is fulfilled and an Australia Post or DHL tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your items have been dispatched, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer care team at ciao@ofthesun.com.au. We recommend lodging an enquiry directly with Australia Post or DHL, however our team is available to assist you in locating missing items or supporting compensation claims for damaged goods.

No refund or replacement will be provided if a parcel is stolen after Authority to Leave is chosen
International Duties & Taxes
All international orders are shipped with duties and taxes unpaid. This means you are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or fees charged by your country when your order arrives. Based on our product weight and value, customers in the USA, New Zealand, and Europe will most likely be charged these fees.
If duties and taxes are not paid, DHL Express will contact us to ask whether the parcel should be returned or destroyed — any costs linked to this will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy:
We offer returns on all full-prices items within 30 days from the date of purchase. You can exchange your item or we can provide a full refund for the total cost of the items and the original shipping price.
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, items must be un-used, un-washed, and in their original packaging with labels attached.
To lodge a return, please email our customer care team on ciao@ofthesun.com.au.
We will provide the return address, and process your refund within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
Sale goods are final sale items, and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If an item is faulty, please email our customer care team on ciao@ofthesun.com.au within 48-hours of receiving your order and we will arrange to send out a replacement as soon as possible.
On occasion, orders can be left at a nearby post office, or there may have been multiple delivery attempts made. If the order cannot be delivered or if a customer refuses the parcel, it will be returned to us. Any parcels returned to sender (RTS) will incur a $15AUD fee, which will be deducted from your refund once the parcel is back at our warehouse. If you opt for the order to be resent, a $15 Express Shipping fee will be applied, in addition to the RTS fee. For further assistance, please email ciao@ofthesun.com.au.
