Orders will be pick and packed within 3 business days of receiving your order, unless otherwise notified by email.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is fulfilled and receive an Australia Post tracking number once your order has been posted.

Once your items have been dispatched, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If your items do not arrive or are damaged in transit, it is recommended that you lodge an enquiry with Australia Post, however our customer care team are available to assist you with the enquiry to locate the missing items or have Australia Post compensate for the damaged value.
Please note that we are not responsible for duty and taxes that may incur overseas.
Authority to Leave terms and conditions:
Australia Post will determine if there is a suitable safe place for the parcel to be left
Proof of delivery will be recorded
Of The Sun is not liable if the parcel goes missing when authority to leave is chosen
No refund or replacement will be provided if a parcel is stolen, if you have chosen authority to leave
Returns Policy:
We offer returns on all full-prices items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
You can exchange your item or we can provide a full refund for the total cost of the items and the original shipping price.
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, items must be un-used, un-washed, and in their original packaging with labels attached.
We will provide the return address, and process your refund within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
Sale goods are final sale items, and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

ciao@ofthesun.com.au within 48-hours of receiving your order and we will arrange to send out a replacement as soon as possible.
On occasion, orders can be left at a nearby post office, or there may have been multiple delivery attempts made. If the order cannot be delivered or if a customer refuses the parcel, it will be returned to us. Any parcels returned to sender (RTS) will incur a $15AUD fee, which will be deducted from your refund once the parcel is back at our warehouse.
